I work with ambitious women — mums and founders — who look capable on the outside but feel stretched underneath it all.

But somewhere along the way, everything started depending on you.

And while you care deeply about what you've built, you're tired of carrying it all.

That's where I come in.

My Background

Before coaching, I spent 17 years in senior operational leadership roles — most recently as an Area Director overseeing 14 sites and more than 300 team members within a £2m+ portfolio.

I understand growth. I understand pressure. And I understand what it feels like when success quietly turns into over-responsibility.

Today I'm an ICF-accredited Business and Personal Coach. I combine lived leadership experience with professional coaching practice to help women lead in a way that is calm, clear and sustainable.

I'm also a very proud mum of three — and everything I do is shaped by knowing what it means to be building something while also raising someone.
